How we package and deliver your fish
Shipping Methods
All live fish are shipped via overnight express delivery to ensure they arrive healthy and stress-free. We use temperature-controlled packaging year-round.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $15. Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders over $350. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Packaging
Each fish is carefully bagged with oxygenated water and placed in insulated Styrofoam containers within a sturdy cardboard box. Heat packs or ice packs are included as needed based on weather conditions.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Delivery typically arrives by 10:30 AM the next morning, depending on your location.
Shipping Areas
We ship to all 50 states within the continental US. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. If any fish arrive deceased, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the fish in the original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
Weather Holds
During extreme weather conditions, we may place a weather hold on shipments to ensure the safety of your fish. You will be notified if a weather hold affects your order.
